Black Ops VPN is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our VPN service and website at getblackopsvpn.com. Our core principle: we cannot share what we do not store.
We do not collect, monitor, log, or store any VPN activity. This includes browsing history, traffic destination, data content, DNS queries, IP addresses, connection timestamps, session durations, or bandwidth usage. Our server infrastructure is architecturally designed to make such logging technically impossible โ not just against policy.
For Pro accounts: email address (for billing only). Payments are processed by Stripe โ we never receive your card details. We do NOT collect: real IP addresses, VPN traffic, browsing history, DNS queries, or connection logs of any kind.
Our VPN uses WireGuard with ChaCha20 encryption, Poly1305 authentication, Curve25519 key exchange, and BLAKE2s hashing. Session keys are rotated regularly and never stored server-side after a session ends.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share personal data with any third parties. We will never comply with requests for user VPN activity because we architecturally cannot produce it.
Email addresses for Pro accounts are retained for billing purposes only and can be deleted on request. No other personal data is retained.
EU/EEA users have the right to access, correct, delete, or export personal data. Contact us at testlaunchpro@gmail.com for any data requests.
Black Ops VPN is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify Pro users by email of material changes.
